The other day on my Visit Florida Facebook page I ran a quiz and asked which of these towns were not actually Florida towns:

Festus.
Fluffy Landing.
Roach Branch
Pancake.

The smart money was on Fluffy Landing. But the right answer was Pancake.

Yes, Florida has some really strange town names around and you’ll find them when you travel off the beaten path.
