Navarre Beach, Florida is a little off of the beaten path. And that’s one of the things that’s best about it.
Located east of Pensacola in Northwest Florida, this hidden gem boasts a generous white-sand beach snuggled against the emerald-hued Gulf of Mexico.
Since the crowds don’t know about Navarre Beach, FL, it’s a peaceful place, renowned for fishing as opposed to nightlife.
Navarre Beach's claim to fame is its pier, at 1,545 feet it's the longest pier in Florida. The pier features a store where you can buy snacks or rent tackle, as well as a restaurant, so you can nosh on a grouper sandwich or enjoy a cocktail and watch the surf.
Don’t miss strolling out to the end of it; it offers breathtaking views of the Gulf and into the usually-clear waters below it.
