PGA TOUR Stops in Florida Facts

  • PGA National Resort & Spa, home to The Honda Classic, is one of only three golf facilities to have hosted a Ryder Cup, PGA Championship and Senior PGA Championship. The others to make that claim are Laurel Valley Golf Club in Ligonier, Pa., and Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, N.Y.
  • The Blue Monster Course at Doral Golf Resort & Spa in Miami, site of the World Golf Championships from March 5-8, has hosted one of the PGA TOUR events in Florida each year since 1962. Multiple winners over that time at Doral have included Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods, Raymond Floyd, Greg Norman and Billy Casper.
