The beach at Lynn Hall Park is still a marvel of soft, white sand bordered by the placid, blue-green waters of the Gulf of America. The water is shallow and the bottom is gradually sloping. Here, kids construct sandcastles and ospreys soar the breeze, while the melody of the surf and shorebirds make for a peaceful soundtrack. Though the water is normally calm, winds, tides and offshore systems can occasionally cause rough conditions.
On or near the beach
