A common item on most people’s bucket lists is to swim with the dolphins,, and the Miami Seaquarium is the best place to cross that baby off the list!

The Seaquarium is located on the Key Biscayne, an exclusive island off the shores of Miami. Once you’re done kissing the nose of a bottlenose dolphin, there is so much more this island has to offer, including four-star restaurants, sandy beaches and. most important for golfers, the Crandon Golf Course -- considered one of the most challenging par-72 courses in the State of Florida!

The Crandon Golf Course is on the Key Biscayne Island overlooking the Bay and the Miami skyline. The course has a very tropical feel, with lush fairways and exotic animals. However, this tropical island is only a 10-minute drive from downtown. You can play 36 holes and then jump across the bridge to catch a Heat game or a fancy dinner with your spouse.

This course has played host to the Champions Tour for the past 18 years with greats such as Gary Player and Lee Trevino gracing the links with their presence. Stretching nearly 7,400 yards from the middle tees, The Crandon has received awards from Golf Week and Golf Digest Magazine. The distance isn’t the only tough part about this course because if that doesn’t get you, the conditions will! The windy coast lines can make each round more exciting than the next, and each hole playing down or up wind can be the difference between a round of 70 or 82.

Looking for a vacation where you can swim with the dolphins, relax on the beach, catch a Heat game, and play on one of the state’s best golf courses?  The Key Biscayne is the place for you! Catch an early morning round and kiss that dolphin on the nose all before dinner time!
