Cade Museum for Creativity & Invention

Named after Robert Cade, the UF professor who invented Gatorade, the Cade is a museum for all ages that fuels a thirst for knowledge unlike any other place in our community. The Cade offers children and adults unprecedented access to world-class inventors, visionaries, entrepreneurs, and exhibits. In our Fab Lab and Creativity Lab, we offer hands-on learning that equips our visitors for an innovative future, and fosters the inventive spirit within us all.

The museum is located on the beautiful Depot Park. Make a full day out of your trip with a visit to the museum, a stroll on the hiking trails, and a picnic with food from local vendors. Depot Park also offers a playground.

We are currently open Friday-Sunday from noon to 5pm. Be sure to visit our website at for updated hours and information.
