Columbia Restaurant - Ybor City

Columbia is Florida’s Oldest Restaurant, founded in Tampa's historic Ybor City in 1905. Family-owned and operated for more than 114 years and five generations, earning acclaim for old-world charm, and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men.

Today our guests enjoy many of the same century-old family recipes that have made the Columbia famous like Paella "a la Valenciana," Red Snapper "Alicante," Pompano en Papillot, the Original Cuban Sandwich, and "Arroz con Pollo “Valenciana.” Enjoy an ice cold pitcher of Sangria or Mojitos, or sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo from our award-winning wine list.

Experience the fire of Flamenco with shows Monday through Saturday for an additional $8.00 per person. Be sure to call the restaurant to check availability and make reservations for dinner and the show.

Open 365-days a year, including all holidays, serving lunch and dinner daily. Reservations accepted.
