Columbia Restaurant - Ybor City

Columbia is Florida’s Oldest Restaurant, founded in Tampa's historic Ybor City in 1905. Family-owned and operated for more than 115 years and five generations, earning acclaim for old-world charm, and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men.

Today our guests enjoy many of the same century-old family recipes that have made the Columbia famous like Paella "a la Valenciana," Red Snapper "Alicante," Pompano en Papillot, the Original Cuban Sandwich, and "Arroz con Pollo “Valenciana.” The Columbia is a wine lovers paradise, offering more than 1,056 different wines. You may also enjoy an ice cold pitcher of Sangria or Mojitos.

Be sure to make a reservation for our flamenco dance show, offered every night during dinner except on Sunday.
