This 72-mile segment of historic State Road A1A abounds with beautiful sandy beaches, ample recreational adventures and history dating back before the birth of this country.
The A1A National Scenic Byway corridor is home to pristine parks and conservation lands like the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve, Anastasia State Park, Gamble Rogers Memorial State Park and Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, historic landmarks such as the Castillo de San Marcos and St. Augustine Lighthouse and Maritime Museum, and interactive recreational experiences including PGA Golf at TPC Sawgrass and the world famous Marineland Dolphin Adventure.
