Voted as the top public golf course in South Florida in 2014, Osprey Point Golf Course opened on November 6, 2010. The 27-hole golf course features “Environmental Turf Grass” (Seashore Paspalum) on greens, tees, and fairways; An attractive rolling layout with five sets of tees on each hole; Native Florida landscaping with coquina cart paths in a natural park setting. Osprey Point Golf Course has been designated as a certified Audubon International Classic Sanctuary. This is the first designation of this kind in the state of Florida, the second in the United States and the fifth in the world. Osprey Point had a unique opportunity to partner with Audubon International at the level of development, and as a result, is the first golf course in Florida to attain design standards and sustainable practices worthy of such certification.
Comprehensive adult and junior golf programming for all ages and abilities. The Don Law Golf Academy has been recognized nationally by their peers, US Kids Golf, Golf Range of America and the PGA of America for their teaching and work with juniors. In 2012 Don Law was named 2012 National Junior Golf Leader by the PGA of America.
Substantial practice areas suitable for learning the game of golf, as well as for taking the game to the next level are available and include: 2 practice putting greens, 2 practice chipping greens, and a full length double ended range. Activities and events for both competitive and recreational golfer are available.
