Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is a small seaside town on Florida's east coast just north of Fort Lauderdale. Once you arrive in this coastal community of 6,000 residents, it's a short walk just about anywhere: to the beach, to Anglin's Pier, or to the numerous shops and restaurants lining Commercial Blvd from Anglin's Square, the town's quaint oceanfront district, to the Intracoastal. There's plenty to do: stroll along Commercial Blvd, enjoy dining outdoors at one of the reopened restaurants, or pop into one of the retail stores to shop for home goods, jewelry, and more.
Unlike many surrounding cities, Lauderdale-By-The-Sea does not allow tall buildings along its beach and in town, thus the community has maintained its Old Florida charm, reminiscent of Florida in the 1950s.
Enjoy the ocean breeze and Florida sun by taking in all the little beach town has to offer. We thank you for your support of our reopened businesses, and ask that you please follow all safety guidelines.
The Town's official motto, after all, is, "Relax...You're Here."
