Manatee County Agricultural Museum

Explore the county’s primary commodities including Livestock, Vegetables, Citrus, Horticulture, and Commercial Fishing. The kids can enjoy our hands on Junior Ag Spots scattered throughout the facility. We have a barn which is home to large pieces of equipment and a farm shop/garage where a restored 1925 Model-T pickup is on display. The Education Room is used for those who wish to view a variety of films on the agricultural history of Manatee County as well as a selection of fun educational films for children.

The museum is self guided with staff available to answer questions. Groups are asked to call and make arrangements for a guided tour in advance.
