International Smoke Aventura

International Smoke is a collaboration between Ayesha Curry and Chef Michael Mina. The inspiration for the concept came from their discovery that the word “Barbecue” has different culinary interpretations internationally, which influenced the concept and menu. Between their personal heritages and culinary experiences from traveling around the world you’ll notice the menu focuses on 2 different styles of cooking both using fire and smoke, American Barbecue and International Barbecue. We find that it is the use of fire and smoke that differentiates barbecue from other types of cooking and at our restaurant, we re-create that special feeling reminiscent of a backyard barbecue, where you get to experience a variety of different flavors and cultures with family and friends.
