Earlier this year we launched The Acqualina Diet, a foundation to a healthier lifestyle for your mind, body and soul. Our goal is to provide our guests with wellness menu options rich with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and nutrients to promote overall health. The wellness menu meets the highest quality standards and uses the freshest ingredients available.

Today, we are delighted to share the recipes for our Sautéed Zucchini and
Squash Noodles and Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl.

Our wellness menu was designed in collaboration with Miami-based
nutritionist Staci Shacter, and features dishes to meet varied dietary needs. We hope you will enjoy creating our dishes that are healthy and nutritious, from the comfort of your home.
