Deposit Policy: Deposit: All reservations require a credit card deposit of 1 night’s room and tax, which is due at the time of booking. A major credit card is required at check in for a security deposit of $100 and a $3.99 nightly resort fee will be applied to the reservation upon checkout. Security Deposit is refundable pending no damages or incidental charges. The total balance does not include resort fee or the security deposit as outlined previously. Cancellation Policy: STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: Standard rate reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax. Please note that conditions vary with rate plan selection. Specific rate plans such as our non-refundable and long stay rentals have their own cancellation policy where the standard cancellation terms do not apply, please ensure to review these policies prior to acceptance of the resort’s terms and conditions. No shows forfeit deposit and early departures are non-refundable.
