The Trump International Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach is not only accessible to families; it's downright kid-friendly.

The new Trump International Beach Resort means business when it says it caters to families. On property and around the area, there's plenty to keep both kids and adults entertained and relaxed. And everyone gets a little pampering, too.

Sunny Isles Beach is close to a slew of great family attractions such as the Miami Seaquarium and the Museum of Discovery & Science in Fort Lauderdale – both of which are family favorites.

While it's great to head out on any family outing, it's especially nice to have plenty of fun activities to partake in right where you're staying. At Trump, you have everything you need to keep the little ones and their parents happy without having to leave the premises. Add in a prime location, first-class amenities and an exceptionally personable, professional and helpful staff (this is a Trump property, after all) and you've got the makings of a truly enjoyable and totally stress-free family vacation.

After relaxing and snapping a few bird's-eye-view pictures of the beach, head down to one of two tropical, grotto-style pools complete with fountains, waterfalls and cabanas. At the pool, your kids will be delighted to find plenty of other children splashing around and playing with the resort's pool toys. The parents can kick back and lounge poolside and watch as the kids swim under the arched waterfall again and again.

After your swim and a dip in the hot tub, enjoy a late lunch from the Cabana Experience menu. Then take off to the beach to hunt for seashells and body surf in the waves. Just when the beach was getting a bit hot, complimentary ice-cold popsicles are served to you as you lounge in your beach chairs. Don't be surprised when you find yourself feeling like beach royalty!

In the afternoon, indulge in pampering treatment and line up a facial and massage lined up at the resort's Aquanox Spa after you've signed up the kids for the afternoon's Plnaet Kids program. The program keeps kids entertained with everything from arts and crafts to pool games, and even incorporates offsite trips to nearby attractions. And it's all with kids about the same age (5-12).

Planet Kids offers daily, full-day programs, but there are late hours on Fridays and Saturdays. On weekends, there's a Planet Little Kids program for three- to four-year-olds. Holidays and holiday weekends bring even more kid-friendly activities and events.

For dinner, considering dining on a delicious meal on the terrace at the resort's Neomi's Grill - your children may run into their buddies they made earlier on in the day,

For days to follow, an excursion to the Miami Seaquarium is only about a half-hour drive from the resort, and the Miami MetroZoo is another close option. In nearby Fort Lauderdale, your possibilities include the Museum of Discovery & Science (for fun exhibits and awesome IMAX shows), the Young at Art Children's Museum and Wannado City, where kids get to experiment with "what they want to be when they grow up."
