Rates are subject to availability and blackout dates (i.e. - offer may not populate for dates which are sold out, or close to selling out). Your credit card will be charged immediately for the entire stay. Advance Purchase/Non-Refundable rate discount is a percentage off Best Available Rate at time of booking; percent discount varies based on specific dates of booking and total length of booking. No prices or hotel availability are guaranteed until full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraud or illegal activity associated with the payment for this reservation. A $49 nightly resort fee will apply to all reservations, which entitles you to 1 hour of daily kayak or paddleboard usage, 1 hour daily bicycle usage, up to four (4) daily beach lounges, one (1) daily group fitness class with exception of Sundays, a 10% guest discount on resort cabanas, and 24-hour access to the resort's main fitness center. Cancellations and/or changes to a reservation must be done prior to 24 hours before check-in date to avoid penalties.
