The Little White House has been owned by the State of Florida since 1987. In fact, it was just painstakingly restored to its former glory inside & out (fabrics, paint, wallpaper) using modern technology! Although it's owned by the state, they receive no regular monies & is a not-for-profit. Check out their website for more details :)
