No direct access to Picayune Strand from I-75. Best way, exit on C.R. 951 (Exit 101 from I-75), go 4.7 mi. north to Golden Gate Blvd., make a right on Golden Gate Blvd., and go approx. 8.8 mi. east to Everglades Blvd. Turn right on Everglades Blvd. and go south to the main entrance. To visit main office turn right on stop sign and go for approx. 1/2 mi. There is also access thru Janes Scenic Dr. from the east.
