NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The VISIT FLORIDA Southwest Guide Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 25 years of age and older. The sweepstakes begins at 9 a.m. EST, on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 and ends at 12:00 p.m. EST, on Friday, May 23, 2008.

TO ENTER:
Visit www.VISITFLORIDA.com/southwest between 9 a.m. EST, on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 and ends at 12:00 p.m. EST, on Friday, May 23, 2008. Each entrant will be required to complete the Official Registration Form by following the instructions provided on the website. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by participants; lost entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions or the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to participants' systems. Incomplete entries will be voided. All entries become the property of VISIT FLORIDA, will not be returned, and may be used in advertising and publicity without compensation. By entering, Entrant agrees that if he or she is randomly selected as the winner of the vacation package prize (see Prizes), Entrant grants Sponsor and/or its affiliates, agents, and licensees permission to film and/or photograph Entrant and/or guests during use of Prize, at a time and place to be mutually agreed upon by Entrant and Sponsor, and grants Sponsor the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used) such film, video, and/or photograph without compensation and limitation (see Conditions of Entry). Five (5) winners will be randomly selected among complete entries on or after May 24, 2008. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
As conditions of entry into this Sweepstakes, Entrant irrevocably grants Sponsor and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns, agents and licensees, the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used), the Entrant's name, likeness, photograph, video (collectively, "Likeness"), and/or statements regarding his/her participation in this Sweepstakes (with or without using the Entrant's name) in any and all media without limitation as to time or territory, and without additional compensation or approval from the Entrant or any other party. Entrant waives intellectual property rights, privacy/publicity rights or other legal or moral rights that might preclude the Sponsor's use of Entrant's Likeness, and agrees not to sue or assert any claim against the Sponsor for the use of Entrant's Likeness or statements. Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold Sponsor, its agencies and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and any of their employees (collectively, the "Indemnities"), harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Indemnities due to or arising out of the use of Entrant's Likeness or otherwise in connection with this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to claims for trademark infringement, copyright infringement; violation of an individuals right of publicity or right of privacy; or defamation. Entrant further agrees to release Sponsor from any and all claims that any advertising subsequently produced, presented, and/or prepared by or on behalf of Sponsor infringes Entrant's rights with regard to any elements, characters or ideas contained in any submission. Entrant agrees that if he or she is randomly selected as the Winner of the vacation package prizes (see Prizes), Entrant irrevocably grants Sponsor and/or its affiliates, agents, and licensees permission to film and/or photograph Winner and/or his or her guests during use of Prize, at a time and place to be mutually agreed upon by Winner and Sponsor, and gives Sponsor the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used) such film, video, and/or photograph (collectively, "Likeness"), without compensation and limitation; including, but not limited to, the recording and the performances contained therein (in each case, as recorded/photographed or as edited/modified in any way by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion), as well as to use Winner's and/or guests' name, likeness, photograph, video and/or statements regarding his/her participation in this Sweepstakes (with or without using the Entrant's name) in any and all media without limitation as to time or territory, and without additional compensation or approval from the Winner, his or her guests, or any other party. Winner and his our her guests waive intellectual property rights, privacy/publicity rights or other legal or moral rights that might preclude the Sponsor's use of the film/video/photograph, and agrees not to sue or assert any claim against the Sponsor for the use of the Winner's and guests' Likeness or statements. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to all legal residents of the United States who are 25 years or older at time of entry, except employees of VISIT FLORIDA, Miles Media Group, their advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. No entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase necessary to enter sweepstakes. Void where restricted or otherwise prohibited by law.

PRIZES:
Five (5) winners will be randomly selected to win one (1) of five (5) of the following Florida vacation packages (note: Sponsor will determine at its sole discretion which one of five vacation packages each winner will receive):
Vacation Package 1: Two (2) night stay for two (2) people at Tradewinds Resort on Anna Maria Island, one (1) $120 voucher good for dinner at any one of The Chiles Group Restaurants including the Sandbar, BeachHouse, and Mar Vista, and two (2) passes to the South Florida Museum and Parker Aquarium, all courtesy of the Bradenton Area Convention and Visitors Bureau. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $700
Vacation Package 2: Two (2) night stay for two (2) people at the Helmsley Sandcastle Hotel on Lido Beach, one (1) voucher good toward dinner at St Armand's Circle (restaurant TBD by sponsor), and two (2) passes to the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, the Moat Marine Laboratory, and Sarasota Jungle Gardens, all courtesy of Sarasota and Her Islands Convention and Visitors Bureau. ARV: $1000
Vacation Package 3: Two (2) night stay for two (2) people at Charlotte Harbor Fishermen's Village Waterfront Mall, Resort, and Marina in Punta Gorda, one (1) voucher good toward dinner at River City Grill, and two (2) passes to the Babcock Wilderness Adventures Swamp Buggy Tour all courtesy of Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf Islands Visitors Bureau. ARV: $500
Vacation Package 4: Two (2) night stay for two (2) people at the Best Western Beach Resort in Fort Myers Beach and two (2) VIP passes good for admission to up to ten (10) area attractions (TBD by sponsor) all courtesy of Lee County Visitor and Convention Bureau. ARV: $500
Vacation Package 5: Two (2) night stay for two (2) people at the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club in Naples and two (2) passes good for admission on the Naples Trolley, all courtesy of Collier County Convention and Visitors Bureau. ARV: $900
Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prize Packages: $3600
PLEASE NOTE: Winners must complete travel by May 23, 2009. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply and reservations are based on space availability. Winner and his/her guests will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein including but not limited to taxes, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, ground transportation, and any other incidentals, fees, service charges, etc.
GENERAL RULES & CONDITIONS:
By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail, and/or regular mail and will be required to sign and complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release and Liability and return it, notarized, within seven (7) business days of receipt of attempted delivery to receive the specified prize, otherwise the specified prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The winner's travel companion will be required to sign and return Affidavits of Eligibility/Release and Liability, notarized, prior to issuance of travel documents. If travel companion is a minor, minor must have parent/legal guardian sign documents on his/her behalf and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on trip. Prize winner gives Sponsor the right to use prize winner's Likeness in advertising and publicity without further compensation, where permitted by law. By accepting the prize, prize winner agrees to release Sponsor and its employees, advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers and other coordinating agencies involved in the promotion from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. No substitution or transfer of prize or election of cash in lieu of prize will be permitted. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and to select prize winner(s) from among the entries received prior to the suspension or termination of the program; and Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or in any way corrupts the entry process. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant or any other individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
