This weekend, Hillsborough River State Park just north of Tampa will host the Fort Foster Rendezvous. Fort Foster is a reconstructed fort from the Second Seminole War (1830s). The event this weekend will include battle reenactments, Seminole reenactors, sutlers, traders and craft demonstrations. Admission is $5 per person, children under 12 are free. http://ht.ly/90irm

This Sunday ~ support Relay for Life and enjoy a delicious spaghetti dinner. The El Governor Motel is hosting a Relay for Life Sweetheart's Dinner. Meal will consist of spaghetti, salad and garlic bread. Plates are only a $5.00 donation with all proceeds going toward Relay for Life. Dinner will begin at 4:00pm and plates can be picked up from the El Governor Pool Bar.
