Coconut Villas of Dunedin is a 20 unit boutique waterfront resort overlooking beautiful Honeymoon Island in Dunedin, Florida. Each unit offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a private patio or balcony. The units feature granite counter tops with full size kitchens and ceiling fans throughout. Each unit has two queen size beds. The units are decorated in a Tommy Bahama or Keywest style.
Coconut VIllas offers accomodations for Wedding Parties, Corporate Rentals, Corporate Retreats, Family and School Reunions, and Wellness Retreats.
Coconut Villas is just minutes away from the charming downtown Dunedin. There are many unique shops and restaurants to visit. Dunedin also has a marina with a fishing pier. The Pinellas Trail is close by and is great for bike riding, roller blading, or walking. Coconut Villas is minutes away from Honeymoon Island and Caladesi State Park. You can take the ferry from Honeymoon Island to beautiful Caladesi Island . Caladesi was voted the #1 beach in the NATION!
