Used the shuttle service from the airport to our hotel. Someone must have said our driver was sleepy. Headquarters radioed for him to stay put and another shuttle arrived later. After my call to customer service because of the delay of 3 hrs to our hotel they upgraded us at no charge to a towne car. It only took 20 minutes for our return trip and the driver was super.
