Good Morning, How many persons does the one bedroom sleep? Is there a pull out sofa sleeper? What is the Distance from the room to the beach?

Good morning, Our one bedroom units have a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. We are 1½ blocks from the Gulf and beach.
