Located on the Indian River Lagoon & directly across from the World Famaous Sebastian Inlet by boat, we are a quiet Adult community.  Enjoy our 200ft Fishing Pier, 400ft of Waterfront & the Fantastic Views Nature has to offer.  Launch your Canoe or Kayak from our shore, or your Boat from a boat ramp nearby, dockage available at our fishing pier.  Our RV sites our level, high & dry, some paved, with 30/50 Amp service & full hook up.  We have a few sites with water views, pull-thru access & some are shaded.  RV, Trailer & Boat Storage is available.  We are a Wi-Fi hotspot, have a Laundry Facility & leashed pets are welcomed.  We are close to Downtown Sebastian, Restaurants, Shopping & Churches.
