No matter what you're looking for, it's right at your doorstep. Note: The Resort on Cocoa Beach charges first nights room plus taxes at the time the reservation is made. Reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older for check-in "strictly enforced". Sorry, no pets. Advance deposit on credit card is due at time of booking. Must have a valid credit card at check-in for security deposit. Six-person occupancy per condominium strictly enforced. 72 hour cancellation notice for full refund.
