Good afternoon, You can rent a lake front spot for the winter season. At this time I believe there are only 2 sites still available. We have a special that we run and it is our on-site storage special. How it works... You pick your spot and pay for the full monthly or seasonal rate for at least a 4 month minimum, when you leave to go home you can disconnect your unit and leave it on site for $50.00 per month plus tax. for the remaining 8 months of the year. The only catch is this, if you choose a prime lakefront site when you leave to go home you would have to move your unit to a non-prime site for the remaining time you plan on storing your unit. When you return you can move your unit back to lakeside. I hope I was able to answer your question completely. Can I rent a lakefront site for the entire year (leaving my unit on it)? Thinking of living in Florida from Oct-15 to 4-15.
