Standing 19 stories tall, our richly appointed studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites offer all the comforts of home with the luxury of vacation, all with sweeping views of the Caloosahatchee River, The Gulf of Mexico and Tarpon Point Marina. Our suites range from 445 square feet to 2195 square feet and most feature full living rooms and kitchens. Pet-friendly accommodations are available upon request for an additional fee.
Guests can keep busy during their free time at Tarpon Point Marina, our onsite full-service marina offering boat rentals, fishing and sightseeing tours. Additionally we offer a complimentary water taxi to Ft. Myers Beach.  The Esterra Spa and Salon located on property is ideal for relaxation and offers beautiful waterviews, massages, pedicures, manicures and body treatments.  We offer three waterfront dining options including Marker 92 Waterfront Bistro, Silver King Market and Deli, and Nauti Mermaid Dockside Bar and Grill.  Guests can also stroll The Promenade Shops featuring fine art for every budget, unique hand blown glass, carved wood sculptures, clothing and shoe stores.
