Menu Item 1: Paella a la Valencia - Prepared in a traditional paella pan, with clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops, chicken and pork combined with yellow rice, olive oil, Spanish onions, green peppers, tomatoes and garlic, splashed with white wine.
Menu Item 2: Snapper Alicante - Snapper baked in a casserole with sweet Spanish onions, green peppers, a rich gravy, olive oil, sauterne wine and topped with sliced, roasted almonds. Served with yellow rice and garnished with eggplant and shrimp supreme.
Menu Item 3: Filet Mignon Columbia - Broiled tender center cut filet mignon wrapped with wafer-thin bacon and served mushrooms, ham, onions, green peppers and a touch of garlic in a light tomato sauce. Served with yellow rice or potatoes.
Menu Item 4: Arroz Con Pollo - A half-chicken, baked with yellow rice, green peppers, Spanish onions, tomatoes, white wine and virgin olive oil.
