ArtsTampaBay is a joint project of the Arts Councils of Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties (Florida) with support from Tampa Bay & Company and Visit St. Petersburg/Clearwater, the conventions and visitors associations, who received their funding from the Tourist Development Councils of their counties. ArtsTampaBay is part of the national network of Artsopolis which was created by the Arts Council of Silicon Valley (California).
