Florida EcoSafaris at Forever Florida presents a brand new family holiday adventure like none other. The Holiday Lights Zipline Safari will take you caroling through the Forever Florida Wildlife Conservation Area fifty-five feet off the ground amid a wild show of colorful lights and music. You're the star on these treetops as you zip your way through seven different ziplines, nine aerial observation platforms and two bouncing sky bridges in Florida's very own winter wonderland. The special holiday adventure runs Saturday nights throughout December.

The State Farm Melbourne & Beaches Music Marathon Weekend makes for a perfect warm winter running destination. Held a month after the Disney Marathon, this rock-n-roll music marathon will feature more than 20 musical acts all situated along its half and full marathon courses! This marathon may sound like fun and games...well it is..but its serious business!
It's run on an USATF-certified course with CHRONO timing. And its also one of the last qualifiers of the year for the Boston Marathon. Both walker and headphone friendly, the marathon also features an elite field of Masters runners with $8,000.00 of the event's $15,500.00 cash purse going to top finishers in the men and women 40 & over Masters group.
$2,000 ($1,000.00 for each race) of the event's total purse of $15,500 will be awarded to competitors in the Florida Today 5k and 8k races.
The Crowne Plaza Melbourne Oceanfront is the event's host hotel and site of the Expo and packet pick-up the day before the race. This beachside hotel ffers a great beachfront and is near many restaurants and its located about two miles from the start and finish line.
