Our spacious and welcoming Main Dining Room is at the heart of the many culinary experiences that delight guests at The Gasparilla Inn & Club. Breakfast and dinner offer the most tantalizing fresh and natural ingredients available, all prepared by our own Certified Master Chef Peter Timmins and his talented culinary team. All of this is presented impeccably by a cordial and knowledgeable staff that is dedicated to make each and every dining experience memorable.
Breakfast and dinner are served nightly in the Main Dining Room in social season. During the fall and spring seasons, breakfast is served daily. Please check with dining reservations for weekly dinner availability in the Fall and Spring seasons.
A four-course, traditional heritage experience dinner is served in the evening from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Reservations are required for dinner. Breakfast is served Monday through Saturday from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. and Sunday 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. On weekends and other select dates throughout the season, we also offer a breakfast buffet option.
The Main Dining Room is open to the public and our Inn guests for breakfast and dinner. Jackets are required for gentlemen at dinner during Social Season.
BZ's
BZ’s is located on the main floor of The Inn, and is a popular gathering place to enjoy favorite beverages and tasty snacks from mid-day to late night daily. The recently redesigned BZ’s features a pecky cypress bar front and ceiling, and is comfortably appointed with upholstered sofas and chairs. The adjoining outdoor terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the fifth green of The Gasparilla Golf Club, as well as Charolette Harbor in the distance. Among the many signature beverages on the menu are: Gaspartinis, Mojitos and Planter’s Punch, as well as many other specialty beverages. Hours of operation are from 2:00 p.m. to closing on weekdays and from noon to closing on weekends. BZ's is open to Inn guests and to the public. Read Less
