This is the worst place I have ever been to. Thinking I was going to have a wonderful time with my visiting daughter I instead ended up with the hotel from hell. Dirty, filthy with dirty diapers outside the sliding doors of my room. No restaurant except for breakfast the next day."The cafe" was very limited to what it offered and the fact that they said room service and had no one to deliver it is another matter. The room was handicapped friendly except for the broken shower chair. They were kind enough to leave 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in the room. Not another roll anywhere. We had a king size bed with one pillow each. Are you kidding me? There was cigarette butts and debris all over the outside including as I mentioned before a dirty diaper. A pair of old dirty socks sat in the pool area the whole time we were there. The Tikki hut which I had called about a few days before we got there was closed after they told me it would be open Saturday for sure. My daughter would not even go in the water figuring it must be dirty like everything else.
