The park consists of 6,042 acres along the Pellicer Creek, an aquatic preserve. This peaceful and biologically rich area allows visitors a chance to relax, reflect, explore and discover. The wild landscape appears today much as it did when the Spanish explored the area in the 16th century. Pinelands, hammocks, swamps and marshes play home to a variety of wildlife. Visitors enjoy full facility camping, picnicking, nature trails, fishing dock and canoe rentals. The park has a boat ramp that will accommodate small boats.
