Sterling Shores, A Sterling Resort

We were so excited to book our vacation at Sterling Shores Resorts. Made the deposit, received email confirmation, and was looking forward to a great vacation at a great resort. However four days before we started our 12 hour trip to the beautiful Sterling Shores Resort, we were awakened with a call telling us that we would be "upgraded" to the Emerald Towers Resort due to the fact that the owner had come in and needed his condo. Hearing that we looked at Emerald Towers pictures on the internet and immediately realized it was not as nice as the pictures Sterling Shores had shown. Upset and worried we would have no where to stay we played phone tag for 2 hours demanding that we stay at Sterling Shores. After waiting an hour for a return call that was promised would be in 20 minutes, we booked at another resort that guarantees their reservations. Read all the way through the confirmation email they send. They reserve the right to move you at their will and do not guarantee your accommodations.
