Looking for rental possibilities for next Spring in Clearwater/Clearwater Beach/Sand Key area My group of 16 golfers will be staging our 21st trip next year, April 28- May 2. The average age of this group is 58. We are looking to reserve lodging for four nights though if a property requires a week-long stay, some may stay longer. Our desired criteria for accommodations: • 2-4 houses or condo units in very close proximity of each other • Ideal—houses accommodating 6-8 golfers, each with their own bedroom and bath Our latest trip was to Myrtle Beach where we rented a duplex with 8 bedrooms on each side, with separate baths. • Yes, we will consider situations with fewer baths and some shared rooms • $400 per person is our approximate price-point for accommodations • Beach access a plus; pool and Jacuzzi access also nice; minimal kitchens fine; washer/dryer a plus • Will be interested in any golf packages for which you have access. • We are not interested in single hotel rooms though multiple room suites may be workable. I own a condo in The Grande in Sand Key and have a membership at Belleair Country Club, so we may also be using some of those facilities during the trip.
