Hi! I’m Patricia, your new Viva Florida Insider! Think Florida is just South Beach and Disney World? Think again! I’ll take you all over the state, exploring its rich Hispanic culture and everything that it has to offer to locals and tourists alike.
I’m originally from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and moved to South Florida to attend the one and only The U, as in The University of Miami! I majored in Motion Pictures and Creative Writing and went on to complete an MBA in Marketing at Nova Southeastern University. For the past six years, I’ve been working in Higher Education and freelancing as a writer and producer.
