I'm a freelance writer and videographer, and spend most of my days exploring Florida's natural wonders from a kayak, a bike or rambling down a hiking trail. A Florida native living in Citrus County, you'll often find me watching the boats go by on the Homosassa River. I'm always sharing stories, photos and videos, so follow along and together we'll discover Florida's natural treasures.
The #moon tonight is incredible! Go outside and have a look, or I've got a video here: http://t.co/s7aigLVb

Bonnet House Museum and Gardens Credit: www.bonnethouse.org
Educational birding classes and walks at the historic Bonnet House Museum and Gardens have been expanded to include evening sessions this year!
Skilled birders and first-timers alike will appreciate lessons from Paddy Cunningham, with instruction on bird identification, behavior and finding locations for different species. There's a cost to participate in the classes - $25 for non-members, and $20 for members of the Bonnet House Museum and Gardens. Registration is also limited to 25 participants per class, so make sure to sign up early! Here's the schedule:
Make sure to visit www.bonnethouse.org and check for any updates or changes to the schedule, and have a fun time birding!
