Backpacker Magazine's 'Get Out More Tour' is Coming to Florida!

You can't be interested in outdoors recreation, especially hiking and backpacking, and have never picked up a copy of Backpacker Magazine. It's sold everywhere, and I think I have every issue from the past eight years or so.Â
Being a fan of Backpacker Magazine, I am excited to see that their Get Out More tour is coming to two locations in Florida!
- On Wednesday, April 8 they will be in Jacksonville at Gander Mountain. The 60-minute presentation begins at 6 p.m.
- On Saturday, April 11, the tour will be in Apopka at Mosquito Creek Outdoors, be there by 2 p.m. for the discussion.
Randy and Sheri Propster, the hosts of the Get Out More sessions, are a husband-and-wife team who have done just about every outdoor activity you can think of. They have hiked the Appalachian Trail, the American Discovery Trail (6,800 miles coast to coast) and have biked and paddled all over the nation. They will share their experiences, tips and tricks, what's new in the world of outdoor gear and provide motivation to get out and hit the trails yourself!
I'll be heading over to Apopka for the Get Out More Tour, hope to see you there!
