Being a horrific chicken, I was dressed appropriately for a stroll through the Arctic.

I was playing paintball for the first time at M.I. Paintball in St. Augustine. I’d been told that layered clothing would protect me and – much to everyone’s amusement – I took the advice a little too seriously. I looked like the Pillsbury Dough Boy.

I have to admit the young men I played with were very kind and did not pummel me as they had promised. And how was my aim?

The only thing I managed to blast was a tree and a wall.
