It’s doing it again.

Panama City Beach is proving that it is one of the most happening places on the planet, offering yet another blockbuster event to spice up your time by the seashore.

Mr. Surf’s will be hosting the 12th Annual Zap Pro/Am Spring Skim Jam from April 16 –18, 2010. It’s Northwest Florida’s largest national skim board competition, featuring pro and amateur skimboarding stars from all corners of the globe.

The kids will be happier than hogs in a mud-hole, too, with special events just for them as part of the festivities, like Panama Jack’s Lil’ Sandiggers Treasure Hunt, which is a treasure hunt in the sand for kids 11 and under --  plus a boatload of other family-friendly beach fun.

Hold onto your beach towel, because it gets even better. The event is free to the public.
