I have to admit, it sounds really weird, and I’m dying to try it.
I’m talking about horse surfing, one of the wacky, wonderful offerings of Great World Nature Tours in Bradenton.
You start the surfing adventure with a leisurely ride along the beach at Bradenton’s Palma Sola Bay. Next, you take a swim. (Yes, while riding your horse.) Finally, the surfing begins, where you stand up on your mount’s back. Talk about a new way to ride the waves!
Sound too exciting? You can opt for a more traditional outing instead, like a trail ride. |
