College Football Chomp-down: Gators and Bulldogs in Jax
September 28, 2009
I predict those poor puppies are going to be having nightmares about their spooky encounter with some Gators a long time after Halloween passes.

I’m talking about the upcoming college football game between the University of Georgia Bulldogs and the exceedingly brilliant, 2008 National Champions, our own University of Florida Gators. The match-up -- named one of the top 10 football rivalries by ESPN -- will be at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium Oct. 31, 2009. (Hopefully the Bulldogs will put up more of a struggle than Charleston. The Gators opened the 2009 season with a 62-3 win over them – ouch!)

The action won’t be limited to the field. The weekend also features plenty of live entertainment, contests, festivities, pep rallies and rivalry fun. Check out a roundup of the event here; check out a video of some crazy Gator football fun here.

Chomp, chomp!

This is Jacksonville Municipal Stadium, where the Gators will humble the Bulldogs.
