Delray Beach World Tour and Champions Tour Tennis
September 25, 2009
I just watched a YouTube clip titled “John McEnroe goes ballistic at the umpire.” It provided a vivid (and amusing) reminder of why the hugely talented tennis star was famous for his equally huge temper.

He’s baaaa-ck!

McEnroe will be marching onto the court next February with fellow tennis icons at Delray Beach, intent on winning the Champions Tour event. The city is the first in the U.S. to host both an ATP World Tour event and an ATP Champions Tour event the same week. The hard-hitting 9-day extravaganza will run from Feb. 20-28, 2010, at the Delray Beach Stadium and Tennis Center.

It promises to be a ball, and besides, Delray Beach is always easy to love. Check out this video of the area. It’s prettier-- and easier on the ears -- than the video of McEnroe…
