It’s mind boggling. I mean, what exactly happens in a “blindfolded dingy race"? Or a “homemade sailboat race"?
You can find out if you attend the 2nd Annual National Marina Day at Camachee Cove Yacht Harbor in St. Augustine this Saturday, Aug. 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Besides a boatload of contests (in addition to the ones I mentioned), the event features:
• Pirates raiding the harbor
• Educational and boat displays
• Games
• Raffle
• Marine flea market
• Live DJ and kids’ karaoke
