“Beagle Maximus” is one unusual pup. He weighs a healthy 522 pounds, is more than 119 feet long, and with his height of 82 feet it is no exaggeration to say he towers over the average Snoopy. And if that weren’t outstanding enough, he can fly.
Just who and what is this pumped up pup? He’s a hot air balloon, one of at least 40 that will be floating around the Florida Balloon Festival Oct. 30 -Nov. 1, 2009, in Apopka. This family-friendly event will also feature:
• Classic Cars
• Safe Zone Kids Area
• Music
• Crafts
• Food and Drink
• Family Entertainment
Kids will even be able to go trick or treating to each hot air balloon. They won’t forget that anytime soon, do you think? |
