Florida residents, prepare to get your trip on.
Continuing the recent barrage of hot summer incentives, Marriott hotels are offering special room rates for Sunshine State locals only.
Now through September 29, 2008, qualified travelers can choose from 20 Marriott hotels and resorts throughout Tampa, Orlando and Fort Myers for as low as $79 per night.
A two-night minimum stay and Florida ID are required to reap the rewards. The deal extends to Marriott, Renaissance, Courtyard, Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites and Fairfield Inn hotels and resorts.
With these and other incentives in place, summer seems like a great time to explore your own backyard.
