| Celebrate Oscar Night in South Beach |

| The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has selected the Miami Beach Film Society’s Cinematheque for the seventh year in a row to host the only official Oscar Night America (ONA) celebration in Miami. This special night is presented by Hotel Victor South Beach and WPLG-Local 10 (ABC), and will take place on Oscar® Sunday, February 24, 2008. Oscar Nightwill begin with red carpet arrivals and a cocktail hour at 6:30pm. Guests will then watch the Oscar® telecast live from the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center® in starting at 8:30 p.m. (EST) on WPLG Local-10. Guests will toast Oscar winners while enjoying heavy hors d’oeurves and bidding in an extravagant live auction. The event promises an experience that exudes the classic glamor and luxury of the 80th Annual Academy Awards, complete with the same Academy Awards® show programs for all guests. Special guests include Diva Extraordinaire Elaine Lancaster and many area VIPs.
