Hola!  Over the past few days, I been giving you a little glimpse at the festivities taking place in Florida to say goodbye to 2008 and bring in the New Year! It really has only been a sampling... Next on our virtual tour is Jacksonville on the east coast.

The New Year's Eve Fireworks Spectacular Midnight Downtown Jacksonville celebration will light up St. John's Riverfront with the most amazing hues of red, orange, green, blue and gold. The fireworks display will awaken your senses! 

The fireworks will be launched from barges in front of the Jacksonville Landing and the Hyatt Regency, which will make them the perfect spots to take in the festivities.

The Jacksonville Landing is one of the hottest nightlife destinations in town, so the New Year's celebrations will be in full force on Dec. 31.  The 21 and over crowd is welcome to party  in style!
