Hola! Art Basel Miami Beach kicks off Dec. 4 - 7, and I plan to have a front row seat to experience it up close and personal.
Art Basel Miami Beach underscores Miami's growing stature as one of the world's preeminent centers for art culture. It is one of the most talked about art events in the United States. I have no doubt that our own Rayme Samuels,VISIT FLORIDA's Arts & Culture Expert, will cover this aspect in her blogs soon.
For me, as your Entertainment Expert it means five days of celebrity-packed, exhilarating exhibits, A-list parties, lectures, alternative and crossover events and ancillary exhibits rage onstop for the crème de la crème of the international art world and its collectors, dealers, curators and critics.
I will be focusing in the upcoming weeks on the great parties and events that will be held during Art Basel because they will highlight Miami's nightlife at is best!!
An impressive array of more than 200 premier art galleries from North and South Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa will exhibit artworks by over 2,000 artists. The galleries being showcased are among the world's most recognized and respected art dealers, offering exceptional pieces by both renowned artists and cutting-edge newcomers.
