I love this time of year when the weather begins to cool down and the holiday season is about to kick off! Soon we'll all be thinking about turkey, stuffing, shopping, family and friends, shopping, food, pumpkin pies and ... did I mention shopping?
But back to friends and pumpkins ... my next two blogs will wrap up my stories about my Girlfriend’s Getaway Weekend trip to Amelia Island with Kim and Kelly.
We treated ourselves to a Pumpkin Cream Body Wrap that hydrated and nourished our bodies with pumpkin and sunflower seed oils at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Amelia Island. This body treatment scrubs your body with a cranberry sugar that exfoliates as nutritious soy pumpkin cream renews the skin. It's a 90-minute escape into pure relaxation that will leave you wanting seconds.
Since summer is over, Kelly knew it was time to wipe away the sun damage to her skin. She tried the Pump-skin Latte Hydration Facial. It's made of pumpkin puree, enriched with soy milk, avocado oil and green tea that spices up your complexion with organic nutrients.
Kim was intrigued by a Pumpkin Cream Manicure and Pedicure. Sweet sugar cane granules buff the skin to softness, and a pumpkin spice soak and sugar plum massage leave your hands and feet supple. A polish and a comforting cup of vanilla pumpkin spice tea top off the experience.
These pumpkin treatments will be available throughout the entire month of November. So if you are visiting Amelia Island, go ahead and pamper yourself.
Ciao!
